Almanya, T\u00fcrkiye, G\u00fcrcistan ve \u0130spanya\u2019dan be\u015fer ki\u015filik gruplar\u0131n kat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 projede ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmek \u00fczere; \u00e7evre ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131, yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve e\u011flence ak\u015famlar\u0131 planland\u0131. Proje sonunda b\u00fcy\u00fck festival d\u00fczenlenmesine karar verildi.
