UGARD COMMISSIONS
Purpose of the Commission
The purpose of this commission is to manage our association’s internal and external communication channels and to increase the visibility of ongoing / planned activities.
What Does the Communication and Media Commission Do?
- It manages UGARD’s social media accounts.
- It produces strong visual and audiovisual content that reflects the vision and mission of our association.
- It follows special days and weeks, prepares posters, and writes texts suitable for these posters.
- When training is organized on any subject, it carries out the certification process and ensures that certificates of participation are delivered to participants.
- It designs the content on our association’s website in a way that is accessible to everyone, and publishes events, e-newsletters, and announcements on the website simultaneously, as on social media networks.
- It carries out work to increase the visibility of our association.
- It prepares an annual activity report containing all events held within UGARD and publishes it on the website.
