UGARD COMMISSIONS
Purpose of the Commission
The purpose of this commission is to produce projects that are in line with the mission and vision of our association and to ensure that these projects are disseminated.
What Does the Project Commission Do?
- It follows grant calls open to applications from civil society organizations in order to produce projects that are in line with the vision and mission of our association.
- It writes projects and prepares the project design in order to obtain suitable grants for project development.
- After the planned project activities are prepared, it arranges the budget and monitors expenses.
- If the grant application is accepted, it forms a sub-team within the Project Commission to work on that project and ensures the necessary coordination.
- It reports every stage of the projects carried out and shares the relevant report with other commission members after the project is completed.
- It works jointly with the Communication and Media Commission to disseminate project outputs.
- For projects requiring cooperation, it researches civil society organizations with partnership potential and conducts the necessary meetings.
- It searches for training programs to support the personal and professional development of association members.
