As the International Youth Quest Association (UGARD), we are pleased to announce that the “4Z – Between Us: Learning as a Relational Practice” project, in which our participant took part, was successfully completed following two phases of international training activities held in Austria and Germany.

The first phase of the project took place in Tauchen, Austria, from 10 to 16 April 2026, while the second phase was held in Weimar, Germany, from 13 to 19 July 2026. Bringing together youth workers, trainers, and facilitators from different countries, the project was based on the understanding that learning is not only an individual process, but also one that develops through relationships, interaction, and the sharing of experiences among people.

During the project, the UGARD participant had the opportunity to explore key topics in youth work, including trust, empathy, effective communication, sense of belonging, and group dynamics, through various training sessions and practical activities. The interactive and participatory learning methods used throughout the programme contributed to both the professional and personal development of the participants.
